With times domain changing every lap, Lean and Mean is an absolute sensation fat burning session. Focusing on strength and endurance, each muscle group will be targeted. Quick and explosive movements, paired with core work, this workout is the ultimate shredding session.

PUMPED

FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT

Time under tension is the main objective in this workout, Pumped. A full Body strength workout. Pumped will allow you to focus on each muscle group by slowing down movements to create incredible muscle burn. Challenge yourself with the different variations of each movement

JACKED 3D

CARDIO & PLYOMETRIC WORKOUT

Jacked 3D is not your average strength session. Specific full body exercises are chosen to deliver the ultimate strength session. Focusing on control and steady movements, Jacked 3D allows you to burn targeted muscle groups to have the ultimate muscle toning experience.

Strength and cardio, whilst focusing on muscular endurance is the essence of The Fraser. Only eight stations which allows you to dive deep into one exercise at a time. The mix between rapid cardio movements and insane strength work is the key ingredient for muscle tone and fat loss. The Fraser will give you just that.

CARDIOLOGY

INTENSE CARDIO WORKOUT

Get your heart rate above 80% and it’s go time! Cardiology is a full body cardio workout. With times varying from long to short, this workout won’t be easy. Your legs and upper body will be targeted, with a 6 min ab burner to finish!
