Our Performance Sessions are designed to improve your strength and power endurance whilst developing your anaerobic energy system.
Monday – Strength/Power Endurance
Thursday – HIIT
L – LIFTING
Lifting Sessions will focus on strengthening your upper & lower body, whilst mastering an olympic lift with proper progressions and techniques.
Tuesday – Lower Body Strength + Olympic Lift
Friday – Upper Body Strength + Olympic Lift
C – Conditioning
Conditioning Sessions are designed to put you to the test by improving your aerobic capacity individually and in a squad.
Wednesday – Endurance
Saturday – Squad/Solo (Team Objective Session)

MONDAY
PERFORMANCE – Strength & Power Endurance Session
ON MONDAYS WE FOCUS ON DEVELOPING OUR STRENGTH AND POWER ENDURANCE. WE HAVE 5 MINUTE PODS THAT AIM TO KEEP THE INTENSITY HIGH, DEVELOPING ASPECTS OF STRENGTH AND SPEED WHILST MAINTAINING POWER OUTPUT. THESE SESSION ARE IN AN AMRAP FORMAT TO OPTIMISE OUR PERFORMANCE IN AND OUTSIDE OF THE CLUB.

TUESDAY
LIFTING – Lower Body Strength + Olympic Lift
ON TUESDAYS WE TRAIN LOWER BODY STRENGTH WHILST ALSO DEVELOPING COMPETENCY AND TECHNIQUE SPECIFIC TO AN OLYMPIC LIFT. THESE SESSIONS ARE SLOW PACED TO ENSURE YOU ARE CREATING THE RIGHT FOUNDATION AND UTILISING CORRECT TECHNIQUE WHEN LIFTING.

WEDNESDAY
CONDITIONING – Endurance
ON WEDNESDAYS WE FOCUS ON IMPROVING OUR ENDURANCE BY INCREASING OUR AEROBIC CAPACITY. YOU’LL SEE HIGHER REP VOLUMES AND LIGHTER WEIGHTS, WITH 30 MINUTES ON THE CLOCK.

THURSDAY
PERFORMANCE – HiiT
ON THURSDAYS OUR HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING SESSIONS ARE GREAT FOR BURNING FAT, WHERE YOU’LL FIND YOUR HEART RATE SPIKING FOR SHORT TIME FRAMES. IN THESE SESSIONS YOU’LL SEE LIGHT WEIGHTS, BODYWEIGHT EXERCISES AND SHORT SPRINTS ON OUR CARDIO EQUIPMENT.

FRIDAY
LIFTING – Upper Body Strength + Olympic Lift
ON FRIDAYS WE TRAIN UPPER BODY STRENGTH WHILST ALSO DEVELOPING COMPETENCY AND TECHNIQUE SPECIFIC TO AN OLYMPIC LIFT. THESE SESSIONS ARE SLOW PACED TO ENSURE YOU ARE CREATING THE RIGHT FOUNDATION AND UTILISING CORRECT TECHNIQUE WHEN LIFTING.

SATURDAY
CONDITIONING – Squad (Bring your Friends for FREE)/Solo
ON SATURDAYS WE ARE IN A SQUAD OR FLYING SOLO. YOU HAVE AN OBJECTIVE TO ACHIEVE SO CHOOSE WISELY. THESE SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED TO PUT YOU AND YOUR SQUAD TO THE TEST, AND TO COME TOGETHER TO COMPLETE THE WORKOUT OBJECTIVE. ON SATURDAYS FEEL FREE TO BRING A FRIEND, OR TWO!
