FRIDAY GLADIATOR

This session is not for the faint hearted. Designed to prepare you our exciting “Perform 4 Week Challenge” and our notorious “Functional Games” live competitions. This is an EMOM style workout that will push you to your mental and physical limits. Gladiator! Are you ready?

 

SATURDAY SUPER CIRCUIT

Aka “Social Saturday” is your Super Circuit to finish off the week before a much deserved rest day. This circuit is going to push every one of your limits with full body strength + plyo + cardio and abs. This session is a vibe and not to be missed!
